OUR RESTAURANT IN THE MEDIA.

What makes Tom Jackson from THE TIMES magazine loves our restaurant !
And nor will Ayam Zaman on Uxbridge Road. Although it did cost me £84.55. But for that I fed five people: me, my son Sam, your senior sports writer Matt Dickinson and his two strapping teenage sons, ahead of a thrilling 0-0 draw between QPR and Stoke just a couple of streets away. For that we got dishes of falafel, hummus, baba ganoush and tabbouleh, two lamb kofta, a chicken shwarmawrap, two shakriyeh lamb, one orange juice, one ayran and two Diet Cokes. That is food for five, with leftovers,
and even if you whack on another £20 for service that’s still only £20/head for quality Syrian food (of which there is a lot round here – this just happens to be the Dickinsons’ favourite) with kind, tolerant service in a big vibey room that will always have a space for you. You don’t need a special bloody pension scheme to ring-fence that kind of dosh, and never will.
